From the President Welcome to all of the students who are back with us for the second semester of this academic year. We trust all of you had a wonderful Christmas break, and we look forward to a very productive second semester. Welcome also to all of our resident members. We are always very happy to see you. We pray for Mary Liz Moody's mother, as she battles cancer, Cheryl and Scott, as they deal with broken bones, Wayne and Paula Smith. as they confront Wayne's illness and weakness, and all of the others in our midst who have ailments and problems, and foremost Pastor Dohrman, as he battles yet another unknown ailments that weaken him physically. Please pray for his speedy recovery. We really do miss him and hope to see him well, soon. Our plans for this coming Sunday include a congregational meeting, where we will approve the budget. Copies of the proposed budget are available online. If you have any questions concerning the budget for the coming year, please call either Jim Freeman or me. UUU Quality Student Housing Opportunity There is room for two FEMALE students in the University Lutheran Church and Student Center Residence on the lower lever. Very reasonable semester rates, high speed cable, cable TV, access to piano and organ, and very private with plenty of quite study space. NO swimming pool, weight room, sauna, basketball court, tennis court, PETS, or wild parties. UUU 2006 Giving Statements All 2006 Annual Offering Statements are available at the entrance table. Please pick yours up by January 21. All remaining statements on January 21 will be mailed.
