Pastor returns to Tallahassee. From the President Dear friends, members, and families of University Lutheran, Welcome back from Spring Break. The weather is just gorgeous out there, and I hope that you are able to enjoy some of the outdoors this week/ weekend. As you may know, Pastor Dohrman is in town, at the Tallahassee Memorial Rehab on Medical Drive. Please go visit him between 4 and 8 p.m. He would love to see you. Council, there will be a meeting after the service on the 18th. We continue to keep Mary Liz Moody and Deb Buenrostro and their families in our prayers. We thank God that Sylvia Culp successfully underwent her back surgery, is home and looking for visitors (Please call first), Scott Diestelhurst is cast free, Cheryl Dance is driving again, and Wayne and Paula Smith are well on the road to recovery.
God's blessings to all of you, A Look at the Lessons This is an informal group of lively, heartfelt, meaningful,practical application, open sharing and exchanges on specific Bible passages featured for that Sunday's sermon, found in the church bulletin's "Celebrate" section. This coming Sunday, we observe the 3rd Sunday in Lent, and as we continue our journey to Easter, please join us on Sunday morning for the 11 a.m. service.
Quality Student Housing Opportunity
University Lutheran Church and Student Center offers semi-private campus living for up to four students each semester. We offer very reasonable semester rates, high speed cable, cable TV, access to piano and organ, and plenty of quiet study space. We do not offer any of the usual distractions like a swimming pool, weight room, sauna, basketball court, tennis court, PETS, or wild parties. If you are a serious student and don't want to "break the bank" with dorm expenses, please email the ULC President for additional information. NOTE: This is not a co-ed facility and occupancy may be dependent upon gender.
